While working with buyers at times I feel torn between playing cupid (helping you find a home to fall in love with) being a financial planner (finding a property which is a good fit for your personal and investment goals) and being an accountant (finding a house that you can afford). Buying a home really is a matter of the heart, head and pocketbook. One really does not outweigh the others. As your Buyer's Agent, my job is to help you find the balance between all three.
